HARD-SKILLS SUSTAINMENT TRAINING (HSST) PROGRAM
Katalyst recognizes that soft skills are a crucial component in protection work. Hard skills are equally important, and uniquely perishable. The HSST Program delivers a dynamic, relevant hard-skills training path to ensure agents maintain professional readiness. Katalyst’s HSST program focuses on the fundamental hard skills which close protection agents need to maintain on an ongoing basis. Training is delivered in two-day modules which can be completed in the order that best suits the needs and schedule of each agent and team. Individual certificates will be awarded to students who successfully complete each course. Agents who successfully complete all modules of the HSST Program will earn Katalyst’s Hard Skills Training Program Certification.
